Roofs

Picture
Condition of roof when we started. In both pictures here side-by-side there were quite a few areas like this that had to be fixed. Which we do by patching.
Picture
This red paint is a primer also from Andek. We were also amazed and very pleased with this product. It goes on easy and dries well, and forms a hard shell that provides the perfect surface to accept the Roofdx Copper paint.
Picture
This is during the Roofdx applicaton process. This paint is VERY thick. It does take more than normal roof paint to cover the roof. BUT, as you can see in the next picture the results are breath-taking.

This is an area we patched, to seal the holes off.

In the words of the home-owners "It looks like a brand new roof!" And does it not, compared to the pictures above? Not only does it look new, the owners also said it greatly minimized the noise from rain as well. This product is and will only bring wonderful results! If you are interested in transforming your roof like this ~ Please contact us for more information.

This copper paint can be sealed as is to maintain the copper look. OR It can be left unsealed and allowed to patina just like normal copper metal does. Then when the paint reaches the patina you like, it can then be sealed to maintain that color AND add an extra coat of protection to the roof.
Our most recent big job! This is a picture of the finished product. Below are pictures of before, during and after use of Roofdx by Andek. Enjoy and let us know what you think!

Wainscoting-

The pictures below are of some jobs where wainscoting (bead board) was placed in bathrooms and dining room of some homes here in the Staunton area.

Wainscoting completed.... almost! After we placed this wainscoting it was then stained to match the floors. But this truly added a beautiful and breathtaking look and feel to the room.

Texturing-

Here in this area of Virginia many homes are older, which means plaster walls. Sometimes the plaster crumbles and cracks and does not look so nice. If money is a matter, then retexturing your plaster walls could be the answer for your home. Texturing walls is a great way to add character and strengthen plaster walls. Below are before and after pictures of plaster walls repaired, textured, and painted.  This is an option to add to normal drywall as well just for the texture appeal.
Picture
Below the windows is where plaster had been cracking and we scraped away the weak loose plaster and repaired it.
Picture
Not only have these walls been textured and painted but window trim was painted, chair railing and crown molding were placed as well. All these together added a new elegance and feel to the room.
